The Atlanta Braves and New York Mets will begin a three game series tomorrow with game one of a double header in Atlanta. Matt Harvey will start for the Mets while Alex Wood will go for the Braves. Find MLB odds at Oddsmaker sportsbook.
New York and Atlanta were rained out in what was supposed to be game one last night. So the Braves tonight will turn to Alex Wood who kicks the series off for the braves, a team on a two game winning streak. The Braves are a league leading 23-8 at home this season and have won four of their last ten games. Wood enters with 3.52 ERA and is making his first start of the season. He has pitched 7 2/3 innings out of the bullpen this year, giving up just five hits and three earned runs while walking four. It will surely be a test for the youngster tonight. The Braves are comfortable seven games in front of Washington for first place in the NL East.
The Mets, meanwhile, are 13.5 games back of Atlanta in the NL East and have won just three of their last ten games. They bring their stud in Harvey to the mound tonight who enters 5-1 with a 2.04 ERA. In his last two starts, Harvey has surrender 11 hits and two earned runs in 14 innings pitched this season. He has been dynamic this season and looks to continue that in a big ballpark tonight.
I will side with the under in this matchup as the Mets always struggle scoring runs, and against Harvey I think Atlanta will as well so claim sportsbook promotion codes.
