The home team has now won every one of the first four games of this opening round series. The Pacers will now host the Hawks for Game 5. Find NBA odds at Oddsmaker sportsbook.
The Hawks (2-2) responded a lot better than a lot of people thought that they were going to after getting beat in the first two games of the series. They came home in a 2-0 hole and absolutely destroyed the Pacers in Game 3, holding them to just 69 points. In Game 4, the Hawks dominated once again and beat Indiana by 11 points. Josh Smith scored 29 points to lead the Hawks. Smith added 11 rebounds and four assists in Game 4. Kyle Korver scored 19 points off the bench in 31 minutes of play. Korver was 7-11 from the field and an impressive 5-8 from three-point range.
The Pacers (2-2) are in a little bit of danger right now. They were not able to take control of the series by winning any games in Atlanta and now are forced to win on their home floor or they would be in series danger of losing this series to the Hawks. All five starters were in the double figures in Game 4 but that was not enough. Paul George scored 21 points and had 12 rebounds.
The home team has covered the spread in all four games so far this series.
I am going to give the edge to the home team, Indiana, in this game. But, I could definitely see this game reaching seven games so take the Hawks plus the points at online sportsbook usa.
