The Orioles and the Angels complete their three game series in Los Angeles on Sunday. Get MLB odds at Top Bet sportsbook.
The Orioles (17-13 entering Saturday) are showing glimpses of their selves from last season. Last year was a monumental year for Baltimore and the Orioles won the Wild Card game before they took on the New York Yankees for the right to play for the American League Championship. Baltimore has lost four of their last six games heading into the second game of the series with the Angels in LA. Chris Davis is hitting the heck out of the ball and leads the Orioles in the scoring categories. Davis has nine home runs and has 29 RBI’s for Baltimore. Nate McLouth is hitting .333, which also leads the team.
The Angels (11-18 entering Saturday) continue to struggle this season. They have done a lot in the last couple of off season’s to revamp their lineup and give themselves arguably the best lineup in all of baseball. With that said, they are still seven games under .500 and have lost five of their last seven games heading into Saturday night. Jerome Williams will make a start on Sunday. It has only been lately since Williams became a starting pitcher. Williams is 1-0 on the year.
The Orioles are 18-12 against the spread while the Angels are 14-15.
I am picking the Orioles. They have been playing better and have the better starting pitcher playing on Sunday in Hammel so to take Baltimore Click Here.
