The Chicago Bulls (30-21) travel to Boston to take on the Celtics (27-24) Wednesday at 7:30ET. Get NBA odds at Bovada sportsbook.
Chicago has lost three of its last four games and currently is 30-21 SU and 21-30 ATS. They have been road warriors all year and sport a 15-9 record away from the Windy City. Over their last 10 games, they are 5-5 both straight up and against the spread. They recently completed a six game road trip in which they went 3-3 overall, and 4-2 against the spread.
The Celtics just had their seven game winning streak snapped with a loss in Charlotte. That win streak brought their record over .500 for the first time in a while, and they are now 27-24 SU and 21-27-3 ATS. They are 10 games over .500 at home, posting a 19-9 mark for the season. They are 7-3 in their last 10 games overall, as well as against the spread. They have covered in seven of their last eight matchups.
The Celtics most recent loss to the Monday Bobcats shouldn’t really surprise anyone considering they were coming off an emotional triple overtime win over Denver the prior night. Boston’s struggles over the years in the second of a back-to-back has been well documented, given their declining age.
The Bulls are the best road team in the East and they have dominated the series against the Celtics recently, but Boston has been playing great since Rondo went down and I think they want some payback from the previous meeting.
Boston is a 1 point favorite. As good as the Bulls are on the road, this really isn’t a good spot for them. Take the Celtics -1 at best online sportsbooks.
