The Bulls travel to Brooklyn to take on the Nets in what could be a potential first round playoff matchup. Check out NBA odds at Bovada sportsbook.
The Bulls (40-33) have already clinched their playoff spot but they are still playing for seeding. They currently sit in sixth in the Eastern Conference but are just half a game behind the Hawks for fifth. Like much of the East besides the top three teams, the Bulls have struggled in their last 10 games. They are just 5-5 and are coming off a loss in Washington against the Wizards who are nearly 20 games below .500. Chicago is still playing without their former MVP in Derrick Rose, but there is still a possibility that he will come back just in time for the playoffs.
The Nets (43-31) are having quite the season in their first year playing in Brooklyn. Brooklyn is sitting safely in fourth in the East, four and a half games behind the Pacers for third and two games ahead of the Atlanta Hawks for fifth. The Nets are 6-4 in their last 10 games and lost two in a row before winning Wednesday in Cleveland. Brooklyn is 22-14 playing in their new home in Brooklyn, where they will host the Bulls.
Chicago is 33-40 against the spread this season and 21-15 ATS on the road. Brooklyn is 35-36-3 ATS and 14-19-3 ATS playing on their home floor.
I like Brooklyn in this game. They are much better when they play at home and Chicago has been struggling a bit while playing on the road. Brooklyn wins at best sports books.
