In a playoff rematch from last year, the sixth-seed Cincinnati Bengals (10-6) take on the third-seed and AFC South champion Houston Texans (12-4) Saturday at 4:30ET. NFL odds are listed at Top Bet sportsbook.
Cincinnati finished the regular season with three wins in a row, and seven of their final eight games. For the season, they are 10-6 SU and 9-6-1 ATS. The Bengals defense has been the story down the stretch, only giving up more than 13 points twice in the last eight games. One being a 23-17 win over the Ravens, and the other being a last second loss to Dallas 20-19.
Houston fell apart down the stretch to not only give up the top seed, but also relinquishing the bye as well. For the year, they are 12-4 SU and 9-7 ATS. While Houston raced out to an 11-1 mark, there were concerns about their level of competition. Those concerns were highlighted when they lost to three playoff-bound teams down the stretch, New England, Minnesota, and Indianapolis, all by convincing margins.
Houston is a 4 ½ point favorite. The game will be decided on how well the Bengals can stop the Texans’ running attack. If this game was in Cincinnati, the outcome may be different. To take Houston -4 ½ Click Here.
