Cincinnati is 9-3 SU and 8-3 ATS for the season. They have won four of the last five games overall, and five of six against the spread. Their only loss over that span was a 7 point loss to Rutgers. Other than that limited offensive performance, they have been able to put 20 points up in each game this year.
Duke raced out to a 6-2 start to become bowl eligible, but then proceeded to lose four in a row to finish the year 6-6 SU and ATS. The four game losing streak came against the ACC’s top progams, including Florida St., Clemson, Georgia Tech, and Miami in consecutive weeks.
Cincinnati is a 9 ½ point favorite. Duke has fallen apart recently and Cincinnati is used to this stage. Look for Cincinnati to get to 10 wins for the year, and take them -9 ½ at the sports books.
