The Dallas Cowboys (3-5) will play the Philadelphia Eagles (3-5) in the city of brotherly love Sunday at 4:25 ET. NFL odds are at Oddsmaker sportsbook.
The Cowboys continue a rough schedule stretch as they will play their fourth road game in five weeks. To make matters worse, they have lost four of their past five games SU. They are 3-5 ATS of the year, but on a 2-5 ATS since an opening day upset win at the Giants.
The Eagles return home on a short week after a loss to the Saints on MNF. After starting the season 3-1, they have dropped four games in a row, currently standing 3-5 SU and a woeful 1-6-1 ATS. The teams seems to be in turmoil and rumors are abound that Andy Reid will be fired sooner than later.
After opening the week as a 4 ½ underdog, the line has flipped and the Cowboys are a 2 point road favorite. That’s right; a 3-5 team is a 2 point favorite against a team that was 3-1 at one point in the year. On principle alone, you have to take the Birds here. Take the Eagles +2, and hope for a healthy McCoy at the online sports books.
