Denver travels to Chicago to take on the Bulls in a match-up of two teams that are heading into the NBA Playoffs. Check out the NBA odds at Bovada sportsbook.
The Nuggets (45-22) have put themselves in a great situation to maybe finish in the top three of the Western Conference. Denver currently sits in fifth but are just one game behind the third-place Clippers in the waning moments of the NBA season. The Nuggets have gotten to this point by running the floor like no other team. The Nuggets are on an eleven game winning streak that has not seen much attention due to the Heat’s 22 game streak. The Nuggets are below .500 on the road yet are still over 20 games over .500 for the year.
The Bulls (36-29) are still awaiting the return of their All-Star and former MVP Derrick Rose. He has not played all season long because of his torn ACL suffered in last year’s playoff series with the Philadelphia 76ers. Rose has been cleared to play but is still not confident in himself to return to the court. The Bulls are tied for sixth with the Celtics in the East but only sit three and a half games behind second place Indiana. The Bulls are coming off a win but have just won four of their last 10 games.
Denver is an incredible 42-25 against the spread this season, a much higher winning percentage ATS than most NBA teams. Denver is also 29-15 ATS after winning a game but are just 18-16 ATS on the road. Chicago is statistically bad ATS with a 28-37 record and are an awful 9-23 ATS at home.
Denver is streaking right now and playing ball at an extremely high level but have been awful on the road this season. Only four of these 11 wins came on the road. However, hot teams are really tough to stop. Denver is the pick at www.sportsbookroom.com.
