The Warriors have finally punched their ticket to the post season while the Lakers are still clawing for the last position in the West. Find NBA odds at Bovada sportsbook.
The Warriors (45-33) are now in the playoffs but are still playing to keep their seed. They sit in the sixth position right now, one game ahead of the Houston Rockets. The Warriors cannot move up at all, as the Grizzlies and Clippers are only seven games ahead of them. Golden State is 7-3 in their last 10 games and will most likely play the incredibly strong Denver Nuggets in the first round of the playoffs, barring any change in the seeding. The Warriors have been very good at home but are just 18-21 when they play on the road.
The Lakers (42-37) are doing as much as they can right now. LA has now won two in a row and are 6-4 in their last 10. They have no opened up the difference to one game ahead of the Utah Jazz for the last spot in the playoffs. Kobe Bryant had an incredible game on Wednesday when he scored 47, had eight rebounds, five assists, four blocks and three steals in a win against the Blazers in Portland. All three remaining games for the Lakers are at home against playoff teams.
The Warriors are 39-38-1 against the spread and 17-21-1 ATS on the road. The Lakers are 32-45-2 ATS and 17-20-1 at home.
I think the Lakers will win this game as well. Kobe Bryant is playing as if he is telling everyone to just jump on his back and he will lead them to the playoffs. The Lakers will win again at www.sportsbookroom.com.
