The San Antonio Spurs will host the Indiana Pacers on Monday night from the AT&T Center. NBA odds can be found at Oddsmaker sportsbook.
The Spurs are off to a 3-0 record after beating the Jazz 110 – 100 on Saturday night. Tony Parker is off to a great start to the season scoring 24 points and dishing out 10 assists in the victory on Saturday night. San Antonio certainly has Utah’s number and that continued on Saturday night as Parker and the boys took care of business.
The Pacers also come into this game off of a win beating the Kings up in Sacramento by score of 106 – 98. They are off to a 2-1 start to their season and have done so without the services of one of their better players in Danny Granger. The good thing about the Pacers is that they are able to turn up the defense to account for the lack of offense in most cases, and this is why they will always be competitive in any game they play.
While the Pacers defense is where it needs to be, they have struggled against the bottom feeders of league to start the season. Because San Antonio is such a dominant home team we think they will cover the spread in this one at home at the sportsbooks.
