The Tuesday Night College Football game over national television will be a MAC conference contest between the Kent St Golden Flashes as the Ohio Bobcats. The Golden Flashes and Bobcats will get things started from Ohio at 8PM Eastern Time over ESPN2 TV. Check out the college football odds at Top Bet sportsbook.
The current wagering odds from Tuesday Night Football has the home side Ohio Bobcats favored by -6 ½ points with an over under line set at 51 points. Those who play on Ohio on the money line will lay -220 odds with the return on Kent St at +180 odds on the money line.
The records from both teams have the visiting Kent St Golden Flashes at 3-8 on the season while the home side Ohio Bobcats at 6-4. Ohio is 4-1 at home while Kent is 1-4 on the highway. This is a revenge spot for Ohio as the team was defeated by Kent last year by the score of 28-6 with Kent St being favorite at home by -9 ½ points. Kent has covered the past four meetings with under coming in five straight times. This year’s Kent team has not been good. They broke a five game losing streak by defeating a winless Miami Ohio team last week. Ohio returns home in an angry mood after getting blown out 30-3 at Buffalo and last week gets crushed 49-0 at home to Bowling Green. So Kent enters here in a spot where they feel good last week about winning but will face a focused Ohio team looking for someone to pay a price for their past two results. Ohio is bowl eligible with six wins but that doesn’t guarantee anything when you play in the MAC conference. Ideally the team would like to beat Kent this week and next week they face a hapless Massachusetts team that could possibly mean that Ohio could finish the regular season at 8-4 and the team would then be a near lock to play in a bowl game. Anything less than 8 wins and Ohio will need to hope enough BCS team’s fails to become bowl eligible to a spot can open up. Ohio has a senior quarterback under center in Tyler Tettleton who has started three of his four seasons with the school.
With our college football pick for Tuesday we will play on the Ohio Bobcats -6 ½ points with sportsbook betting.
