The Dodgers and Giants opened up a three game series on Friday and will continue the series on Saturday in San Francisco. Check the MLB odds at Top Bet sportsbook.
The Dodgers (13-14 entering Friday) are not playing very well entering the series with the Giants. Los Angeles has been going back and forth between wins and losses right about now and they have been unable to string a couple wins together without giving up any losses. Nick Punto is hitting .375 when he has played this season but Adrian Gonzalez has been the main man thus far. Gonzalez is hitting .330 on 32 hits and has 20 RBI’s. He also leads the team in on-base percentage at .393. Matt Magill will start on Saturday. Magill will make his second start and received a no-decision in his only start before this.
The Giants (16-12 entering Friday) enters this series in a bit of an upswing after sweeping the Diamondbacks in Arizona. Pablo Sandoval is averaging .327 on the year and has 23 RBI’s and both of those statistics lead the Giants. Brandon Crawford still leads the team in home runs with five. Vogelsong will pitch on Saturday and is 1-2 on the year in five starts.
LA is 10-17 against the spread and the Giants are 11-17 ATS.
It is unclear what the Dodgers are going to get out of Magill in just his second start of the year so the edge will go to the Giants and Vogelsong and to take San Francisco Click Here.
