Louisville and Michigan will clash for the 2013 NCAA National Championship game after the two teams survived their Final Four matchups. Get NCAA Tournament odds at Bovada sportsbook.
Louisville was the number one overall top seed in the tournament this year and were able to cruise through a lot of the tournament even though they played some tough teams. Louisville beat Colorado State in the Round of 32 and then Oregon in the Sweet 16. The Cardinals dismantled the Duke Blue Devils in the Elite 8 and reached the Final Four where they would play the Wichita State Shockers. And the Shockers almost were able to shock the world and make the National title game. Louisville faced a double-digit deficit but clawed back and took the lead in the final minutes. A questionable jump-ball call gave the ball to Louisville as they were able to make their free throws to end the game and the season for Wichita State.
Michigan has been more of a surprise in the tournament. Many people thought they could lose to VCU in the Round of 32. They responded by destroying the Rams to play the 1-seed Kansas in the Sweet 16. Trey Burke pulled out an incredible shot in the final seconds to force overtime and an eventual win. Michigan faced Syracuse in the Final Four and the game went down to the final seconds as well. They beat the Orange by five and will now play for the National Title.
The Cardinals are 23-16 against the spread and 3-2 ATS in the tournament. Michigan is 20-16-1 ATS and has covered every single game in the tournament.
I don’t think Louisville will win this game, as hard as it is. Michigan’s best attribute is their guard play as the Cardinals guard in Peyton Siva has been a no show in big games so take Michigan and before you do read about online sportsbook reviews.
