The Grizzlies and the Clippers take the series back to Los Angeles with the series knotted up at two after both teams won both games on their home floor. Get NBA odds at Bovada sportsbook.
The Grizzlies (2-2) did not fare well in the Staples Center in Los Angeles in the first two games of the series but were able to win the games on their home court. Their best chance at winning on the road came in Game 2 when Chris Paul hit a bank shot at the buzzer to break the tie. Memphis crushed LA in Game 4 by 21 points and were led by Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol inside. I said from the very beginning that the only way the Grizzlies had a shot was if they fed Randolph continuously. They have done that the last two games and subsequently won both of them. Gasol had 24 as well along with 13 rebounds. Mike Conley Jr. had 15 points and 13 assists.
The Clippers (2-2) come back home where they won both games of the series. In Game 4, they were dominated in Memphis. Chris Paul and Blake Griffin each scored 19 points. Griffin added 10 rebounds and Paul had six assists. Two starters for the Clippers, Chauncey Billups and Caron Butler, failed to score a single point and combined for a dreadful 0-10 from the field.
The Grizzlies have covered three of the four games as the Clippers only covered in Game 1 of the series.
I think that the trend of the home team winning will continue in Game 5. Clippers win and force an elimination game in Game 6 at best sports books.
