The Pacers played two very impressive games in Miami and now get to take the series back to Indiana for Game 3 against the Heat. Get NBA odds at Top Bet sportsbook.
Miami (1-1) struggled in these first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Heat were outplayed in the first game of the series but still were able to win the game in overtime, which is a real testament to their ability. Not many teams can be completely outplayed for four quarters yet still win the game. Game 2 was another close one but LeBron James turned the ball over twice in the final minute, the first time he has ever done that, and the Heat lost by four. James still finished with 36 points and eight rebounds but it just was not enough for Miami. Now they go to Indiana and will need a win to get the home court advantage back.
The Pacers (1-1) were able to win a game in Miami to even the series and now have the home court advantage as they go back to Indiana for two games. Roy Hibbert had 29 points and 10 rebounds in Game 2 to push the Pacers past Miami. Indiana really has to take care of their home court because the Bull took a 1-0 series lead over the Heat after a win in Miami and then lost the next four, so the Pacers need to stay focused.
The Heat are just 6-5 against the spread in the playoffs and the Pacers are now 10-4 ATS.
