The Heat have taken home court advantage back from the Pacers after their win in Game 3. The Pacers look to even up the series at 2-2 heading back to Miami. Get NBA odds at Bovada sportsbook.
The Heat (2-1) lost in Miami in Game 2 and many people were talking about them being in trouble because they could possibly be down 2-0 in the series after two games in Miami. They seemed to take offense to that and went in to Indiana absolutely took it to the Pacers. The Heat won by 18 and saw 22 points from LeBron James, who was seen in the post much of the game offensively. Udonis Haslem had himself quite a game offensively by scoring 17 points. Haslem was 8-9 from the field and made the only free throw that he attempted. Haslem also added seven rebounds.
Indiana (1-2) was unable to take care of their home court in Game 3 and were embarrassed by the Heat. They did win one game in Miami so they will still be even if they win Game 4. David West scored 21 points and had 10 rebounds in Game 3 to lead the Pacers. Roy Hibbert had 20 points himself and 17 rebounds but the Pacers were -16 when Hibbert was on the court.
Miami is 7-5 against the spread in the playoffs while the Pacers are 10-5.
After Game 3, I think this series could be over after Tuesday. My pick is the Heat once again to win in Indiana and take a 3-1 series lead. If that happens, this series will be over in five games at online sports books.
