The Texas Rangers will travel to Baltimore on Monday to start their series with the Baltimore Orioles. Odds for this game can be seen at Bovada sportsbook.
The Rangers jumped out fast at the beginning of the season and it looked for a while that they would run away with everything. They have however showed some chinks in the armor for the first time in 2012. They lost on Sunday to the Indians and that made it 4 losses in 5 games. Yu Davish got the loss on Sunday although he did not pitch terribly. He allowed 3 earned runs on 6 hits, striking out 11 in 6 innings of work. Matt Harrison will get the start on Monday night and the Rangers hope he can get back on track as he has let up 14 runs in over 8 innings of work.
The Orioles on the other hand are coming off of a 4 game sweep of the Boston Red Sox and they won a 17-inning affair yesterday. They have won 10 games in their last 12 outings, getting a consistent effort from both the bats and their pitching. Their bullpen was stellar yesterday as they pitched over 12 innings against the Sox of near flawless baseball. The Orioles will send lefty Brian Matusz tyo the mound tonight as he looks for back to back wins after beating the Yankees his last time out.
This pitching matchup does not excite us either way, so we will take the home underdog in the Orioles but before placing the wager read online sportsbook reviews.
