The Cleveland Indians and Houston Astros will meet again this afternoon for game two of their series. All odds for this game are updated at Oddsmaker sportsbook.
Cleveland has played some solid baseball over the past week or so and they are now in first place again in the AL Central. They beat Houston 1-0 on Friday behind a great pitching performance by Ubaldo Jimenez. He allowed just four hits in 6+ innings of work en route to the win. Cleveland will turn to Jeannmar Gomez tonight on the mound who has struggled recently. Gomez has dropped for his last five starts and has given up 22 runs in his last 25 innings pitched.
Houston was shut out yesterday at home and is struggling to the point where it may be tough for them to turn it around this season. They often struggles to score runs so much that it has led to them losing three straight and 8 of 11 overall. They will send rookie left-handed pitcher Dallas Keuchel to the mound tonight. He had a solid start in his first career start versus the Rangers and will look to improve on that tonight.
We will take Houston as the home underdog in this game because we can see them getting to Gomez early and often at sports books.
