The Memphis Grizzlies, who have been playing good basketball of late, welcome the Jazz to Memphis for today’s game. For the latest NBA odds check out Bovada sportsbook.
The Grizzlies come into this game with a record of 34-24 on the season. That record, although impressive, still puts them 7.5 games in back of the Spurs in the Southwest Division. The Grizzlies lost in their last outing to those same Spurs by a score of 107-97 on Thursday. Marc Gasol was the lone bright spot for Memphis as he achieved a double double scoring 14 points and grabbing 10 rebounds against the Spurs.
The Jazz have cooled off a bit lately after a nice run to start the season. They are still above the .500 mark, but sit 12.5 games behind the Oklahoma City Thunder who have a commanding lead in their division. The Jazz did lose to a team in the New Orleans Hornets that they should never really lose to under any circumstance. They lost 96-85 and were led by Paul Milsap’s 27 points.
The Grizzlies are an impressive 4-1 overall in their last five games, but Memphis has struggled against the line when facing the Jazz as the Grizzlies are just 4-12 against the spread in their last 16 games against the Jazz. Utah is just 3-6-1 against the spread in their last nine games.
With as well as Memphis has been playing lately it is really hard to ignore that. With the Jazz stumbling of late, we like the Grizzlies in this one but before the placing the wager read online sportsbook reviews.
