The Boston Celtics will look to take a commanding 3-1 lead in Game 4 tonight as they play the 76ers in Philly tonight. Get your NBA odds at Bovada sportsbook.
The 76ers have been up and down all season and are now just two games from their season coming to an end. They pretty much need to win this game to have any shot in the series as they will probably be done if they go down 3-1 with 2 of the last 3 games back in Boston. The Celtics won Game 3 pretty easily by a score of 107-91, making the fact that 5 Sixers actually scored in double figures a moot point.
Boston make be emerging as the favorite in the Eastern Conference after how much the Heat has struggled. If they win the game tonight they will go along way to securing a birth in the conference finals. Kevin Garnett continued his stellar play in the series, but it was Paul Pierce who emerged in game 3 with a 24 point 12 rebound performance. Looking like a team on a mission, Game 4 may be difficult for the Sixers.
The Sixers are just 2-7 against the spread in their last nine home games, and Philly has won just three of their last 11 games at home when hosting the Celtics. Boston is just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games in Philly.
While we are not surprised the Sixers are favorites at home because of the desperation they will be playing with, we think the Celtics will find a way to win as the road underdog at online sportsbooks.
