The Knicks are trying to force a Game 7 in Madison Square Garden against the Pacers. Game 6 is in Indiana. Find NBA odds at Oddsmaker sportsbook.
The Knicks (2-3) are still alive after getting the win in Madison Square Garden in Game 5. New York will still have to win a game in Indiana before coming back home for the chance to move on to the Eastern Conference Finals to play Miami. The Knicks received another 28 points from their superstar Carmelo Anthony in Game 5 and he added six rebounds as well. The team’s second leading scorers were J.R. Smith and Chris Copeland with just 13 points. Copeland hit 13 points on 4 of 6 shooting while Smith was just 4 of 11. Iman Shumpert was inserted into the starting lineup and scored only five points but was able to grab six rebounds. Jason Kidd continues his scoreless streak with no points on 0-1 shooting.
Indiana (3-2) almost needs to win in Game 6 because if they are unable to, they will have to travel back to New York and would have to beat the Knicks in a crucial Game 7. Paul George was a stud once again in Game 5 with 23 points, six rebounds and six assists.
The Knicks are 5-6 against the spread in the postseason and the Pacers are 7-4 ATS.
I am going to go against the grain and pick the Knicks plus the points at online sports books.
