The Knicks horrific road trip continues as they travel to Utah to take on the struggling Jazz. Find NBA odds at Oddsmaker sportsbook.
New York (38-26) has been 16-16 away from Madison Square Garden this season and this road trip is bringing out the very worst in the Knicks. Of course, Carmelo Anthony has not been around much of this trip and still will not be in Utah, but it does not change the results. The Knicks are 0-4 on this road trip out West and in none of the games, New York kept the final score within 10 points. Anthony is sitting out due to soreness in his right knee and is now getting fluid drained from it. New York is still sitting in third in the East despite all of this.
The Jazz (34-32) are barely sitting above .500 but are a half game behind the Los Angeles Lakers for the eighth and last spot of the league playoffs. Utah is coming off a win at home to the Grizzlies, which is a real quality victory but have only won just three of their last 10 games at the moment. Utah is 24-8 at home this season, using it as a fortress against the rest of the league.
The Knicks are 31-31-2 against the spread this season and 14-16-2 as the away team. The Jazz are 32-33-1 ATS this year and a solid 20-12 against the spread at home.
The seemingly easy choice here would be the Jazz to win; they have been terrific at home and the Knicks have been just as bad on this road trip, especially with ‘Melo. Take the Jazz but first read online sportsbook reviews.
