The Thunder play in Utah against the Jazz in one of the most important games of the season for a couple of reasons. Check out the NBA odds at Bovada sportsbook.
The Thunder (56-21) were tied with the Spurs for the best record in the Western Conference but have since lost that title. They have fallen to a game behind the Spurs after their loss to the Knicks. As for losing their second spot, the Thunder do not really have anything to worry about as the Nuggets still sit three games behind them and the Thunder only have five games left. On the road, the Thunder have not been as dominant but are still 23-15 away from home. They are 6-4 in their last 10 games, an identical record to the Spurs.
The Jazz (41-37) are still fighting for their right to play a couple more games. They have been playing a lot better lately and thanks to the Lakers for losing some games, the Jazz are half a game ahead of the team from Los Angeles while the Jazz only have four games left. Utah is 29-10 on their home floor and they look to close in on a playoff spot against the Thunder.
The Thunder are 46-29-2 against the spread this season and 19-17-2 on the road. After losses, they are an impressive 15-5 ATS. The Jazz are 41-36-1 ATS and 24-15 while playing at home.
I have gone back and forth on this game because I know the Thunder are the better team but the Jazz are playing for their absolute lives. Utah is also pretty solid on their home court. Despite all this, I am still going with the Thunder because I do not seem them losing two games in a row now at www.sportsbookroom.com.
