The Philadelphia Eagles (3-6) travel to Washington to take on the Redskins (3-6) Sunday at 1:00 ET. NFL odds are at Bovada sportsbook.
The Eagles are in complete free fall and stand at 3-6 SU and 1-7-1 ATS. They have rookie Nick Foles under center this week, after having lost five games in a row straight up and four in a row against the spread. There doesn’t seem to be light at the end of the tunnel this season, which will most likely end with Reid’s firing.
Where the Eagles seem to be falling apart, the Redskins can look with hope to the future. They are 3-6 SU and 4-5 ATS for the year, but have lost three in a row. Granted, two of those games were against the Giants and Steelers, but one of those games was a home loss to the lowly Panthers.
The Redskins are a 3 ½ point favorite. Where there was once hope for the season with both the Eagles and Redskins, there is now concern. This figures to be close, but take the Redskins at home – 3 ½ at online sportsbooks.
