Jhoulys Chacin enters with a 6-3 record, 3.92 ERA and 1.24 WHIP. He has however won his last three starts including a big win in Washington five days ago. He tossed seven innings giving up five hits and striking out three. In his last home start he lasted 8 2/3 innings giving up six hits and two earned runs.
