The Lakers and the Nuggets take center stage again in Tinsel Town tonight as the meet in game two from the Staples Center. Check out the odds and trends for this game at Oddsmaker sportsbook.
Although Kobe Bryant was impressive scoring 31 points in the game one win, he was not the story everyone was talking about after the game. Andrew Bynum was as the center accumulated a triple double scoring 10 points, grabbing 13 rebounds, and swatting away 10 shots. The Lakers went on to win the game by a score of 103-88. The Lakers as a tram shot a very high 50% from the floor for the game. The Lakers though would win this game with their defense as they held the highest scoring team in the league to just 88 points. They held the Nuggets to just 35.6% shooting for the game as well.
The Nuggets did not play terribly outside of the first quarter in which they were outscored 27-14. Danilo Gallinari led the Nuggets with 19 points while Andre Milelr had a solid all around game as well. The backcourt of Ty Lawson and Aaron Afflalo only combined for 16 points and will need to improve if the Nuggets have any chance at all. The Nuggets need to get back to their uptempo style for game 2.
While we are expecting the Nuggets to play better tonight we really like this number the Lakers are sitting at right now. We also like more domination from Bynum in terms of points as well. Give the points and take the Lakers at sportsbooks.
