The Rays look to bounce back and get a win after losing the first game of the series against the Blue Jays. Look up MLB odds at Top Bet sportsbook.
Tampa (23-21) still sit above .500 thanks a very good last couple of weeks and are 9-3 in their last 12 games. One of those losses came against the Blue Jays, in their last game. The Rays took two from the Blue Jays in their four game series in the first week of May. Tampa followed that up with a series sweep of the San Diego Padres at home and then they swept the Baltimore Orioles in the series just before the one with the Blue Jays. R.A. Dickey, last year’s Cy Young winner, got the win in the first game of this series and beat Tampa. Josh Leuke, a reliever, received the loss when he gave up three runs in the seventh inning.
Toronto (18-26) have not had a great year but they are far from out of it, especially if their signee, R.A. Dickey, can get in to the form that he was in last year when he won that aforementioned Cy Young. They took that first game from the Rays and now look to build on that victory. Ramon Ortiz will start for Toronto on Tuesday. Ortiz is 1-1 in his two starts on the year.
Tampa is 24-20 against the spread and the Blue Jays are 20-24.
I am going to pick the Blue Jays to win their second game in a row behind Ortiz, who has not been bad this year so to take Toronto Click Here.
