The Nationals and the Orioles will complete their four game series during Interleague Rivalry Week. The MLB odds are available at Bovada sportsbook.
Washington (27-26) still has a chance to even the series at two games apiece after the final game in Baltimore. The Orioles took the first game in Washington and then came home to take the first game in Baltimore. The Nationals were able to bounce back in the second game of the series to win in Washington and now look to do the same in Baltimore. In the latest game, the Orioles won 9-6 in Baltimore but Ryan Zimmerman was doing all he could to give the Nationals the win. Zimmerman had three at-bats in the first five innings and connected on all three. He didn’t just go 3 for 3 though. He hit three home runs in his first three at-bats in the first five innings.
Baltimore (29-24) was able to fend off Zimmerman’s power show with nine runs of their own and were able to win their sixth game in their last nine on Wednesday. The Orioles took two of four from the Blue Jays in Toronto after beating the Yankees twice in a three game series. The Orioles look to keep it going against the Nationals in the final game of the series.
The Nationals are 23-20 against the spread and the Orioles are now 28-25 ATS.
A four game series with two even teams would theoretically give each team two wins. Baseball doesn’t always work out that way, but in this case, it will. Nationals win at www.sportsbookroom.com.
